• How much weight can our Twin XL support?

Its solid wood construction, mortise and tenon joinery, and thick slats allow our Twin XL beds to have a supported weight limit of 1,045 lbs.

• What is the actual difference between a Twin and a Twin XL?

They are both the same width (38”) but the Twin XL is an extra five inches longer than a standard twin bed (80” vs 75”).

• How much room space do I need for a Twin XL?

Since it’s a narrow bed, it fits well in most small rooms. We recommend a room size of at least 7'x10' to ensure you have enough walking space around the extra length of the bed.

• Can two people sleep on a Twin XL?

It’s not recommended. At only 38" wide, it’s designed for a single sleeper. Even for a snug fit, it is generally too narrow for two adults to sleep comfortably without falling off the edge.

• Can I use my current mattress with a Twin XL frame?

Yes! All our Twin XL beds are built to standard sizes so as long as the mattress is in good working condition with no sagging and feels comfortable then you can use your current mattress.
