In most cases, returns are free and we’ll guide you through each step, from requesting a return to arranging collection or drop-off, so you’re never left guessing. Drawing on our British woodworking heritage, our team has spent years refining our workshop in Leicester, England to perfectly balance speed with exceptional quality. Every frame is crafted with care, so you get timeless British craftsmanship designed for modern homes.
All of our beds arrive flat packed in at least two manageable boxes, so it’s easy to get them through doorways, up staircases, and into smaller rooms or loft spaces. Once they’re in place, assembly is quick and straightforward, meaning you can have your new bed set up and your room put back together in no time.

The price you see is the price you pay. All customs and duty taxes are already included in your total, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
Delivery Day & Time
We’ll always let you know which day your order is due to arrive so you can plan ahead. However, we’re not able to guarantee an exact time slot on the day. Our trusted courier partners plan their routes daily, and factors such as traffic or unexpected delays can affect the exact arrival time.

Order Updates & Changes
If you have any questions about your order at any time, you can get in touch with us for an update, or check your order status.
If you need to postpone your delivery, we just ask for 7 working days’ notice prior to your advertised delivery date so we can update our schedule.
Using Third-Party Couriers
We work with carefully selected third-party couriers to make sure your bed is delivered to your doorstep on the day you requested. Once your order is with the courier, any delays that occur during transit are unfortunately outside of our control, and we’re not able to accept responsibility for those delays. That said, we’ll always do our best to support you and help liaise with the courier if needed.
Signing for Your Delivery & Damaged Packages
When your order arrives, you’ll be asked to sign to confirm that:
You’ve received all the packages listed on your order
The packages appear undamaged on arrival
If any packages look damaged when they arrive, please return those specific packages with the courier after signing, and contact us as soon as possible. We’ll then arrange any replacement parts if necessary.
Where Your Order Will Be Delivered
Our standard service is a doorstep delivery. This means:
Packages will be delivered to the front door of the property, but not carried further inside.
For multi-story buildings, couriers are not required to bring packages to your individual floor or apartment door; this is left to the discretion of the delivery driver.
As a result, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive and move the packages inside on the day of delivery.
Assembly
Because our beds are delivered flat packed for easy self-assembly, our delivery service does not include building the bed frame for you.
International Deliveries
For international deliveries, time frames are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. They may vary due to factors such as customs procedures, local public holidays, or other location-specific circumstances. Any delivery times provided are intended as a helpful guide rather than a guaranteed schedule.
Please note: delivery estimates do not include Sundays. We also reserve the right to amend delivery timings if you are ordering a large quantity of items.
