Unbelievable that a bed handmade in the UK was standing in our bedroom within a week of placing the order.

The reason why I was attracted to these beds is that I'm kind of a big guy.

The beds are well-made and sturdy. I went for the Ash wood, and the look is fantastic.

Customer service was really helpful when one of my side rails arrived damaged in transit, and the center beam was cut too short. They remade both side rails so that they would match and shipped out a new center beam as well. The only downside was the felt protectors. They did not come with the original order or the replacement order.

Let's talk shipping. I'm an American living in Spain; the original shipment came via DHL, and the Replacement shipment via FedEx. DHL's customs process is much easier and quicker than FedEx. Now this would not have been an issue if Britain had stayed in the EU, but I digress.

Had a great experience. I was a bit worried ordering a frame from abroad, but it all went down without any hiccup. I needed a custom size (European Super King) than what was available from the site. So I asked the team on how to order and they made it happen. Delivery time was surprisingly quick and it arrived well on my doorstep.

We love our bed! It was easy to put together even though we are not handy. It may have taken us a bit longer, but we did it. They have always been responsive. Things happened when they should. And the bed is awesome. We are beyond pleased.

We ordered a solid wood walnut Low Tokyo Bed. It is gorgeous and obviously well made. The low height was perfect since our mattress is really tall. Great quality and the turnaround was fast considering the beds are all made to order. Excited to have this bed for many years to come. If you want a solid wood bed, get it from here!

This is my second order from Get Laid Beds. I ordered a queen size a few years ago. When I decided to move up to a king, I didn’t look anywhere else - just came straight to the Get Laid Beds website. You can’t beat the price for solid wood construction. Both times I’ve ordered, the beds arrived quickly, packaged well and easy to assemble. These beds are very sturdy! If I ever need another, I’ll definitely order from Get Laid Beds again!

This is our second Traditiional Country Bed from Get Laid Beds. Solid, great quality, arrives in multiple boxes packed for overseas handling. Shipment delayed by customs a couple days but otherwise delivery as expected.

Well made bed, easy delivery, date as promised, great quality. Initially bought the lowest frame possible for our little one. Love it. Will be buying another for our guest room. Just do yourself a favor and buy it.

Arrived this week. Ordering, follow up progress was great and final delivery all went smoothly. Bed frame was assembled on Friday night. I'm happy with it. Thank you.

Quality construction! Bed arrived well packaged and everything was included. Took some assembly but nothing complicated! All materials were top quality! Highly recommend!
The bed did arrive a few days late. Not sure if that was due to the courier or not. It wasn't a big deal as I work from home but would have been if I needed to take time out of work for the delivery.

Everyone at Get Laid Beds was so helpful in getting my custom bed ordered. Elisha and George were great to work with and patient with all the questions I had.

Sturdy solid wood construction. Surprised the headboard & footboard were not fully assembled like the Pottery Barn bed we were replacing after 15 years, but assembly was straight-forward. Also surprised the stain was so light in some places, but it’s certainly beautiful. Delivery to US address via DHL was only irritation. Given one day, then date changed, then after taking off work for new delivery date they texted a day early at 1pm saying it was due by end of that day.

I'm a first time buyer of bedframes in general. And i'm extremely grateful I landed on Get Laid Beds. The quality of the bedframe, the communication from the team about the shipping was all 10/10!
