These contribute to a solid construction that is guaranteed to last. These cover 70% of the bed frame and are 2x thicker than standard.

A full bed is the same length as a twin single but is 16 inches wider, measuring 54” x 75” (4ft 6” x 6ft 6”) as standard. A full platform bed frame is well-suited to any bedroom décor and helps save floor space while looking modern and chic.

Full Size Beds vs Double Beds

It can be confusing to know the difference between the terms ‘full platform bed frame’ and ‘double platform bed frame’. In reality, they are the same-sized bed 54” x 75” (4’6” x 6’3”). They are different terms depending on where you live in the world. For example, our craftsmen in Britain would call a full platform bed a double size.
