No, we do not operate a collection service in US. All our orders are fulfilled via delivery.

How fast is Standard Delivery?
Our Standard Delivery option is the most popular choice. Delivery typically takes from 2 weeks, giving our craftsmen time to handmake your wooden bed frame to order and prepare it for safe transport. You’ll receive regular updates as your order progresses, from production through to dispatch.
How fast is Express Delivery?
Our Standard Delivery option is the most popular choice. Delivery typically takes from 2 weeks, giving our craftsmen time to handmake your wooden bed frame to order and prepare it for safe transport. You’ll receive regular updates as your order progresses, from production through to dispatch.
How fast is Urgent Delivery?
If you need your bed a little sooner, our Express Delivery service speeds things up to from 9 days. Your order is prioritised in our workshop schedule without compromising on the quality and care that goes into every handmade bed.
I can’t see any Express or Urgent delivery options for my selected bed frames. Why?
Express Delivery is not available for every model. Some bed designs, sizes, or finishes require longer production times due to their complexity or the additional craftsmanship involved. When this happens, the faster delivery options are automatically hidden at checkout.
If you need a quicker turnaround, we recommend browsing our Quick Delivery Beds range, which includes designs specifically eligible for Express and Urgent services. Alternatively, feel free to contact our Customer Service team — they’ll help you find a setup that suits your timeline.
Do you offer installation?
No — we do not offer an assembly service. All of our beds are delivered flat-packed and can be easily self-assembled using the step-by-step instructions provided with your order.
Do I need to sign for delivery? Can my bed be left somewhere safe if I am not home?
Someone over the age of 18 must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. We’re unable to leave items in safe places. If you won’t be home, please contact Customer Service to rearrange.
Will the order be delivered by a courier?
All orders to the United States are delivered by our third-party courier partners.
Can I cancel a delivery?
Yes — you can cancel the delivery if your bed has not yet been dispatched.
Can I amend my delivery date?
Yes — you can change the delivery date as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact Customer Service. You’ll need to notify us at least 5 working days prior to dispatch, otherwise a late notice fee will apply.
